NCS-32 represents a complete solution for
communication during negotiation in a
hostage situation.
It offers a choice of telecom methods:
GSM if the object has a cell phone.
DECT if it will be possible to hand over the
DECT phone to the object (see image above).
PSTN if there is a public phone close to the
object.
Field telephone if there is a wired phone
available, that can be thrown in to the object.

There is a built-in loudspeaker and several sockets
for connecting external monitoring systems and
recorders.
All communication can easily be recorded to a
Compact Flash memory card that will take up to 70
hours of recording (8 GB). Playback of any
recording can be done immediately. The CF card
can easily be reviewed with a PC. The file format is
standard ‘wav’, compatible with Windows Media
Player and most other media players, also for Mac.
SMS can be sent and received. An included,
foldable keyboard is used for writing text. The bright
OLED display is used for reading text.
The user interface is menu-based and controlled by
a NaviKey, much like that you will find on digital
cameras.
An extensive set of accessories is included: DECT
phone, antennas, CF card, 2x headsets, cables,
mains adapter/charger, illumination, and more...
