Prototyping & Production

Production of electronics is all in-house with state-of-the-art small-scale production equipment and skilled personnel.
	We use a swiss-made ESSEMTEC Pick&Place assembly machine for all SMD components. Soldering is done Pb-free when required, in a large hot-air oven. Final assembly is performed by hand and all circuit boards are then examined under microscope for defects. Every single unit produced is tested to specification before final release.
Our in-house milling machine works with both aluminum and various plastics materials. It enables us to create freely with our SolidWorks 3D CAD design software. Precision is 10 um, making final assembly of circuit board and metal case a breeze. Engraving of panel text is performed in a separate equipment with a diamond tool.
We do not produce anything we haven't first designed. This is because we want to have full control of all phases from system design to final assembly.
