ISOVID-2X / 2D / AV
VIDEO ISOLATION AMPLIFIERS
The ISOVID range includes a
number of Video Isolation Amplifiers for transmission of Video
signals over distances up to hundreds of meters.
Due to the high sensitivity to hum and noise
through ground loops the video signal often
has to be isolated from ground at one end of
the transmission.
The ISOVID units perform this isolation by
utilizing high-speed analog optical couplers
driven by specially designed circuitry. There
are three models in the ISOVID range:
ISOVID-2X
This is a two-channel Video Isolation
Amplifier.
Both inputs share a common ground. They
are isolated from the outputs. The outputs
also share a common ground. This version is
specially suited for distribution of Y/C signals.
There are internal gain control and
equalizing potentiometers for each channel.
ISOVID-2D
This is also a two-channel Video Isolation
Amplifier.
Input of the first channel and the second
channels output share a common ground.
Input of the second channel and the first
channels output share a common ground.
This version is specially suited for two-way
communication.
There are internal gain control and equalizing
potentiometers for each channel.
ISOVID-A/V
This is a combined Video and Audio Isolation
Amplifier.
All sockets are isolated from each other.
The video channel has an internal gain control
potentiometer.
A LF transformer isolates the audio channel.
The ISOVID units are housed in a plastic box
with rubber feet.
